Information on Handloom Festival - October 17 – November 15, 2020

The World Trade Center Mumbai has developed a unique interactive Virtual Trade and Exhibition Platform – ‘ www.worldtradeexpo.org’ for MSMEs, Startups and Women Entrepreneurs across sectors, with a view to connect their businesses domestically and internationally.

 
World Trade Expo will officially open with a ‘ Handloom Festival’ as it coincides with 151 years of the Mahatma. This virtual exhibition is scheduled to go live from October 17 – November 15, 2020 . Weavers, Artisans and Designers from several states in India and overseas will showcase, market and sell their products such as fabric material, shawls, stoles, dress material, mats, rugs, carpets, home furnishing, sarees and other accessories made from Handlooms, Linens, Silks, Jute and other natural fibers.

Furthermore, matchmaking B2B and B2C meetings, export-oriented virtual training programmes and workshops with buyers, experts, trendsetters and designers are also being organized parallelly (Brochure attached for your kind information)
