RFP for Selection of JV Partner - YSR Steel Corporation Limited (Erstwhile APHSL).

YSR Steel Corporation Ltd (Erstwhile APHSL - AP High Grade Steels) has released the notification requesting proposals (RFP) from the interested companies to collaborate with YSRSCL through a Joint Venture Partnership for setting up a Steel Plant at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.

 

On behalf of the Govt, 3500 Acres of land, external infrastructure & connectivity and an equity contribution up to 3000 Crore by the Government of AP in order to ensure fast paced execution of the project.

 Besides these, the Govt of Andhra Pradesh extends all the incentives applicable for the Mega Project under the Industrial Policy of GoAP 2020-23.

 

The Govt would want to exit in Phases in a span of 10 years in order to make the Steel Plant fully Privately Owned by the incoming Joint Venture Partner.
