EOI for preparation of tender document - reg. Coal-to-Methanol plant at DCC near Kolkata (India) on BOO basis.

Please find attached the tender notice issued by Coal India Limited dated 20 March 2020, for  Setting-up of a Coal-to-Methanol plant at its Dankuni Coal Complex (DCC) near Kolkata (India) through Build-Own-Operate (BOO) mode. 
Through an open global Expression of Interest (EOI), CIL is seeking suggestions from experienced Technology Licensors, Contractors, PMC, other consultants involved in Chemical/Process/Coal-Gasification industries etc., for finalization of tender document which shall be floated at a later stage for selection of a BOO contractor.
The potential agencies may kindly be advised to also note that Corrigendum/Addendum/Time Extension etc., if any, will be issued through websites (www.pdilin.com/tenders1.php, www.coalindia.in/tenders/en-us/home.aspx and www.eprocure.gov.in/epublish/app) only. No further notification will be published elsewhere. The interested agencies may visit the websites regularly for all updates.
