The Second United Nations World Geospatial Information Congress, scheduled for 10-14 October 2022 in Hyderabad, is set with an overarching agenda, featuring high-level plenary sessions, special sessions, and various side events, focusing on Sustainable Development and the Wellbeing of Society; Environmental and Climate Challenges; and Embracing Digital Transformation and Technological Development.

 

In addition, discussions on Integrated Geospatial Information Framework (IGIF) will be in full swing with 10 parallel halls, each focusing on one Strategic Pathways.

 

The Congress happens once in every 4 years.
