Applications are invited for filling the post of Translator in the pay scale of € 1965-100-5465.  Commencing salary will be at the minimum of the scale.  An annual increment of € 100 is released on successful completion of service each year.  Job profile of the post, apart from translating news items, documents, invoices from Dutch to English and vice-versa, includes interaction with Dutch media, organizing media events, track news developments in India and the Netherlands and other press related work including preparation and dissemination of press releases ahead of economic and cultural events, maintaining up-to-date database and preparing fortnightly media analysis both of Dutch media and Dutch journalists reporting from India.  He/She will work under the supervision of the concerned officer in the Embassy.
