To facilitate reissue of International driving permits by the respective RTO’s in case of expired/ lost international driving permits.

How to apply

The application for the International driving permit has to be submitted directly at the Embassy of India, Buitenrustweg 2, 2517KD The Hague, on a working day between 9.30 and 12.30

All original documents are to be brought along at the time of submission.

Embassy will issue a certificate which the applicant has to upload in the portal https://parivahan.gov.in/. The applicant will receive the new IDP which will be sent to through courier by the RTO.

Miscellaneous Application Form dully filled in and signed by the applicant.

2. Indian Passport (photocopy)

3. International Driving Permit (IDP) (photocopy)

4. Address proof in the Netherlands (photocopy)

5. Valid Indian Driving License (photocopy)

6.Three recent passport size photographs (2x2 inches with white background)
